3 Simple Ways to Eliminate Stress

We both know that STRESS is the worst, truly the worst. I mean nothing is worse and it really can hurt all over. 

The physical symptoms of stress can be:

  • Incredibly low or lagging energy.

  • Headaches that seem to come out of nowhere and last forever.

  • Upset stomach, including diarrhea, constipation, and nausea.

  • All kinds of Aches, pains, 

  • Your neck and back muscles get uncontrollably tense.

  • Some people have chest pain, or your heartbeat so fast you think it might explode.

  • You Cannot sleep and simply toss and turn until it is time to go back to work exhausted.

  • You always seem to be fighting colds and infections.

  • Perhaps one of the worst thing is you lose sexual desire and/or ability.

Just writing this article and looking at all those symptoms is STRESSING ME OUT because most people do not know how to create relief for their stress. How to manage it or completely get rid of it.
